Steel cassette profiles

The cassette profiles made of FolaSal® allow economical construction methods to be implemented thanks to the combination of low weight and high static load-bearing capacity. They are mainly used in industrial and commercial construction, where high sound insulation and low fire loads are important. In this construction, the insulating layer of the elements is located in the load-bearing shell and is adapted to the respective fire and noise protection requirements.

Individual wall systems

As a wall structure, cassette profiles are usually stretched horizontally from support to support. In this way, they form the inner load-bearing shell of the system and replace the otherwise customary transom construction. The outer wall shells, for example made of trapezoidal profiles, can be optimally fastened to the horizontally positioned webs created in this way.
