For correct terminations and transitions on roof, wall and ceiling surfaces, so-called molded parts are essential. Since these are mostly recurring details, we have developed a range of standard parts.

With our extensive range of special products and accessories, we enable the economical realization of distinctive wall and roof constructions. Our range offers the right product for every application. Further accessories, which are not listed here, are available on request. Of course, we can also manufacture molded parts according to individual specifications.
To avoid weak points in the corrosion protection system, the surface finish of the molded parts should always be of the same quality as the adjacent components. We therefore recommend processing components and molded parts from a single production facility wherever possible.
Fasteners
Modern fastening and connecting materials are indispensable for fast and economical assembly in lightweight steel construction. The FALK Salzgitter GmbH product range includes thread-forming and thread-cutting screws for steel and wood as well as washers and calottes. For the fastening of our sandwich elements with concealed fastening, we offer a special load distribution plate that allows you to work without visible screws even in the edge and corner areas.
Light panels
Daylight at the workplace is made possible by light panels made of impact-resistant PVC. Precisely matched in shape and geometry to our profiles, they can be integrated into the roof cladding without any problems.
Sealing strips and profile fillers
Sealing tapes are indispensable for windproof and rainproof joint formation in lightweight steel construction. Particularly in single-skin structures, details such as ridge and eaves can be designed favorably with profile fillers.
Flashings and flat sheets
For the detailing of roof and wall constructions, we supply suitable flashings to customer specifications. Colors and surfaces are available to match the profiled elements. Flat sheets up to 8 m long are also available for maximum flexibility.
Skylight domes
Matching our profiles, we also provide solutions for skylight domes, which allow easy installation by means of corresponding upstands. Whether opal-colored or crystal-clear, thermally insulated or with cross-flow ventilator - all variations can be implemented here.
Smoke warning and heat extraction systems
In addition to our skylight domes, they can also be designed as smoke warning and heat extraction systems.
